There are multiple platforms available for forms creation. Depending on the specific functionality needed by your department, we can assist in developing the online form in the appropriate platform. We currently offer Qualtrics, Dynamic Forms, Gravity forms (only available for PVAMU hosted websites) and ​Laserfiche Forms as some of the widely used platforms.
