The Password Reset Service allows users to reset their passwords securely without assistance from the IT Service Desk. This service ensures that users can quickly regain access to their accounts, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity. Most PVAMU systems, including PantherTracks, PVPlace, and eCourses, are synchronized with your PVAMU account. This means updating your password through the Password Reset Service will automatically update it across these systems, providing seamless access with a single set of credentials.

How do I reset my Password?

To change your PVAMU password, visit the PVAMU Password Reset site. Enter your PVAMU email address and the characters shown in the picture, then follow the prompts to verify your identity. Once verified, create a new password following the guidelines, confirm your new password, and submit.
