Setting or Resetting Your Webex Voicemail PIN

Intended Audience: Faculty and Staff

Summary

This article explains how to set or reset your voicemail PIN in the Webex User Hub. Your voicemail PIN is required to securely access voicemail messages on your desk phone, Webex desktop app, and Webex mobile app.

Problem

Users may need to set a voicemail PIN for the first time or reset it if forgotten or expired. Without a valid PIN, voicemail access is restricted.
