Summary
This article explains how to download and install the Webex app. Webex should already be installed on all University-issued devices. However, if you are using a personal device or cannot locate Webex, you can follow these instructions to download it manually.
Problem
Some users may not find Webex on their University computer or may need to install it on a personal device. Without the Webex app, users will be unable to make or receive calls since traditional desk phones are no longer supported.
Solution
Download Webex from the official Cisco Webex website, install the app, and sign in using your PVAMU credentials to access communication features.
