In order to gain access to Banner you will have to follow the instructions/steps provided below:
The individual will need to complete the Special Purpose AD Account request form. The department that needs this individuals service will be the sponsoring department and should complete the form.
The sponsoring department will work with the appropriate Information Owners to determine what classes the user will need access to fulfill their job duties.have to complete the Banner Account Request Form.
The sponsoring department will complete the Banner Account Request Form.
The individual will be contacted with information from EVERFI to go in and complete the FERPA and the Information Security Awareness training.
Once the form has been processed the sponsoring department will be notified and the sponsoring department can train the individual on the tasks to be performed.

If you have a Banner related project that needs to be initiated, please visit https://www.pvamu.edu/itgc/project-management/ to determine the complexity of the project. You will then be redirected to submit the project for approval by the governance committee.
