Additionally, Zoom can be used with conventional phone lines for audio conferencing. Finally, this online platform can also connect to existing Smart Labs that contain Polycom, Tandberg, LifeSize, and similar devices.

Record destruction refers to the removal of the record from whatever storage system that you use only after the expiration of the state mandated retention period. There are multiple methods of destruction and for paper records, shredding is the recommended method. For electronic records being stored in a document management system, there is a built in methodology that removes the record and ensures that it cannot be reconstructed.

Solicitations, unwanted listserves, and other types of content are held by Mimecast, and users receive an email every day at 8 am, 12 pm and 4 pm with options to release emails they don’t consider spam.

Parchment is an academic management system that provides current and former students the ability to request, verify and share credentials in a secure setting.
