Office 365 is a cloud-based set of applications by Microsoft. Prairie View A&M University has deployed online Email (Outlook), and will deploy additional applications such as OneDrive, & Teams shortly.
Phishing emails are emails designed get you to compromise your account by a cybercriminal by requesting you to not only to provide your user name, password or other sensitive data, but can also be used as a way to compromise your system. The emails attack can appear to come from external companies or from internal sources with a company email. They often have a sense of urgency or can make promises such as giving a raise, a promotion etc.
Open a shared mailbox to Outlook.
After your admin has added you as a member of a shared mailbox, close and then restart Outlook. The shared mailbox should automatically display in your Folder pane in Outlook.

Once your mailbox has been migrated you’ll need to make some minor adjustments to your email account on both the iPhone and Android mobile devices.
When you open Outlook you will be prompted with a Windows Security alert asking to enter your credentials.
